Terms of service.
What Edge sells, what it does not, and what each side is responsible for.
What you are buying. Edge sells access to individual research picks written by creators and anchored to a real Polymarket or Kalshi market. You are buying the research, not a stake in the market and not any financial instrument. Edge does not take positions, does not place trades on your behalf, and is not a broker or an adviser.
Who sells to you. Payment is processed through Whop. Whether Whop or the creator is the merchant of record — and whose refund policy takes precedence over this one — is [Whop merchant-of-record and refund-policy precedence].
Outcomes are recorded, not promised. Every pick resolves against the underlying market's own published outcome. Edge does not decide who won. A creator's track record is a record of what already happened and carries no implication about what will happen next.
Eligibility. You must be at least [age floor] and not resident in [excluded jurisdictions]. Prediction markets are restricted or prohibited in some places; complying with the law where you live is your responsibility.
Creators. Whether creators are bound by a separate agreement in addition to these terms is [whether a separate creator agreement is required]. Edge charges creators a 10% platform fee on gross sales.
