Terms of service.

Operator and agreement. Edge is operated by Brandon Theriot in Arizona. By accessing Edge, buying an Edge product, or publishing through Edge, you agree to these terms and the Whop terms that apply to your Whop account and transaction, including Whop's Buyer Terms or Seller Terms, as applicable.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old. You may use Edge only where prediction-market research and your intended use of it are lawful, and only if you are eligible under Whop's rules and the rules of the relevant market provider. Do not use Edge where doing so is restricted or prohibited.

What you are buying. Edge products provide access to creator-written research tied to a real Polymarket or Kalshi market. You are buying digital research, not a position in that market or any financial instrument. Edge does not place trades, hold buyer funds, or act as a broker, fiduciary, or investment adviser.

Supplier and payment roles. Brandon Theriot is the supplier for Edge purchases. Whop handles checkout and payment processing and acts as merchant of record only for its limited card-network and payment-settlement role. Whop is not the supplier or author of the research. Whop's terms govern its platform and payment services; these terms and the Edge refund policy govern the Edge product, subject to applicable law and Whop's platform rules.

Research and outcomes. A creator's pick is opinion and research, not a promise. Edge records the underlying market's published resolution and does not let a creator rewrite a settled result. Past records, confidence labels, and prices do not predict future outcomes. You remain responsible for your own decisions and losses.

Your license. A purchase gives the buying Whop account a personal, non-transferable right to view the revealed research for the access period shown at purchase. You may not resell, republish, scrape, share, or use the content to operate a competing service.

Creator obligations and fee. A creator may publish only accurate listings and content they own or are authorized to use. A creator is responsible for the research, disclosures, support, legal compliance, and rights in submitted text and images. Edge charges the creator a 10% platform fee on gross Edge sales. By publishing, the creator authorizes collection of that fee through the saved Whop fee payment method. These terms contain the creator obligations for this launch; there is no separate creator agreement.

Refunds and payment issues. The Edge refund policy covers a voided underlying market, a successful payment Edge could not fulfil, and a duplicate charge. Revealed digital research is otherwise not refundable for a change of mind or because the pick loses, except where mandatory law requires a different result. Contact Edge about product, access, and refund issues. Contact Whop about an unrecognized charge or another payment-layer issue.

Service integrity. You may not interfere with Edge, evade access controls, misuse another account or payment method, probe for secrets, submit unlawful content, or manipulate sales, disputes, or verified records. Edge may suspend access needed to protect users, records, providers, or the service, or to comply with law or Whop rules.

Availability and liability. Edge depends on Whop and market-provider data and is provided on an as-available basis. Brandon Theriot does not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular outcome, profit, or the continued availability of an underlying market. To the extent permitted by law, Edge is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected Edge product. Nothing here limits a right or liability that applicable law does not permit Edge to limit.

Changes, law, and contact. Material changes apply prospectively from the updated date shown on this page. Arizona law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory law gives you rights that cannot be waived.
