Draft — not legally effective
This page is a working draft. It has not been reviewed by counsel and does not bind Edge or any buyer or creator. Every [bracketed item] is an unresolved fact, not settled wording. Do not rely on anything here.
What Edge knows about you.
Edge holds as little as it can and says plainly what it holds.
Identity. Edge never sees your password. You arrive through Whop, and Edge records only the Whop user id that Whop verifies on each request, plus which company or experience you are acting in.
Purchases. For each unlock Edge stores the Whop receipt id, the amount paid in cents, and which pick it was for. Card numbers never reach Edge — payment details are handled entirely by Whop and its processor.
Creators. If a creator supplies their own OpenAI key for cover-art generation, it is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and only the last four characters are ever displayed. Kalshi private keys are never stored at all.
Settlement records. When a pick resolves, Edge writes a permanent, append-only proof record so a track record cannot be quietly edited later. These records are what make the public record verifiable, and they are not deleted.
Who else processes your data. The production processor list is [production data-processor list].
Your requests. To ask what Edge holds about you, or to ask for deletion where the append-only settlement record does not require retention, contact [support channel and SLA].
