Privacy notice.
What Edge receives, why it needs it, and what it deliberately does not keep.
Last updated
Who is responsible. Edge is operated by Brandon Theriot in Arizona. This notice applies to personal information Edge handles in its buyer, creator, support, and operator surfaces.
Whop identity and access. Edge receives the Whop user, company, experience, membership, and access identifiers needed to authenticate you and scope what you may see or change. Edge does not receive or store your Whop password.
Purchases and records. Edge stores identifiers and state needed to fulfil and reconcile a purchase, including the Whop payment or receipt id, buyer id, pick, amount in integer cents, unlock, refund, and dispute status. Edge also stores creator content, market snapshots, fee records, support notes, and append-only audit and settlement proofs needed to keep verified records trustworthy.
Creator keys and payment methods. A creator may choose to save an OpenAI API key for cover generation. Edge encrypts it at rest with AES-256-GCM and displays only its last four characters. Edge stores provider identifiers for a creator's saved fee payment method, but it never stores card numbers. Edge may store a Kalshi API key id for public profile verification; it never stores a Kalshi private key.
Technical data. Vercel and Edge may process ordinary request and security data, such as time, route, browser or device details, and IP address, to operate, diagnose, and protect the service. Support messages include whatever information you choose to send.
How Edge uses data. Edge uses this information to authenticate users, scope catalogs, publish and deliver research, reconcile payments, manage refunds and disputes, collect creator fees, resolve markets, calculate verified records, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and meet legal or platform obligations. Edge does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Processors. Edge uses Whop for identity, access, and payments; Vercel for hosting and operational logs; Supabase for the production database; and OpenAI only when a creator explicitly requests cover generation using that creator's key. Each processor handles data under its own terms and privacy commitments.
Retention and deletion. Edge keeps purchase, payment, refund, dispute, security, and financial records for as long as needed to operate the service, resolve claims, and meet legal obligations. Settlement proofs and their audit history are append-only so a verified track record cannot be quietly rewritten. Other information is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer needed, where reasonably possible and legally permitted.
Your choices. You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information Edge controls, subject to required transaction, security, and append-only proof retention. You can stop optional OpenAI processing by not requesting cover generation. Whop account and payment requests must be made to Whop directly.
Age, location, and contact. Edge is for adults 18 and older and is operated from the United States. Send privacy requests to support@useedge.app. Edge targets a response within 2 business days. Material changes apply prospectively from the updated date shown above.

Edge sells research about prediction markets. It is not investment advice, and a verified past record does not predict future outcomes. Only ever risk what you can afford to lose.
