Refund policy.
The limited cases where an Edge purchase is refundable and how to request help.

Who handles what. Brandon Theriot is the supplier for Edge purchases and decides product and delivery refund requests under this policy. Whop handles payment processing and acts as merchant of record only for its limited card-network and payment-settlement role. Whop processes approved reversals to the original payment method.
VOID market. A paid pick is eligible for a full refund if its underlying market resolves VOID. The pick is recorded as VOID and excluded from the creator's win rate.
Paid but unfulfilled. A purchase is eligible for a full refund when payment succeeds but Edge cannot deliver the unlock, such as when the last slot was already taken or the pick became ineligible before fulfilment. Edge records and queues these cases for human refund processing.
Duplicate charge. A confirmed second charge for a pick the same buyer already owns is eligible for a full refund of the duplicate payment. The original unlock remains available.
After research is revealed. Edge does not offer a change-of-mind refund after digital research has been revealed. A pick resolving as a loss, a market price moving, or disagreement with the creator's analysis is not failed delivery. This limitation does not override mandatory consumer law, card-network rights, or Whop platform rules that require a refund.
How to request a refund. Email support@useedge.app with your Whop payment or receipt id and the affected pick. Edge targets a response within 2 business days. For an unrecognized charge, processing error, or another payment-layer issue, contact Whop through the transaction.
Timing. After an approved refund is submitted, Whop typically returns it to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take longer to post it. Edge cannot accelerate bank processing.
Disputes and double recovery. A bank or card dispute is mirrored as a dispute, not treated as a second refund. Edge may suspend access while it is open and follows the final provider outcome. Edge does not automatically refund the same payment on top of a dispute.
Whop Resolution Center. If Edge cannot resolve your purchase issue, open the transaction in Whop Orders and choose Request refund. Whop's Resolution Center instructions explain how to submit the case. Nothing in this policy limits rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
