When your money comes back.
Research is delivered the moment you unlock it, so this policy is about the cases where Edge could not deliver what you paid for — or where the market itself never produced an outcome.
A voided market. If the underlying market resolves VOID, the pick never had a scoreable outcome. Everyone who paid for it is refunded in full, and the pick is recorded as VOID rather than as a win or a loss — it is excluded from the creator's win rate.
A purchase Edge could not fulfil. If your payment succeeds but the unlock does not — the last slot went to someone else, the pick expired, or its market closed in the seconds between — you are refunded in full and automatically. You do not need to ask.
Paying twice. If a second payment is captured for a pick you already own, the second payment is refunded. You keep the pick.
Change of mind. Because the research is revealed immediately on unlock, Edge does not offer change-of-mind refunds once a pick has been revealed. A pick that resolves against you is a loss, not a failure of delivery, and is not refundable.
How long it takes. Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Timing is [refund-timing promise], and where this policy conflicts with Whop's own, [Whop merchant-of-record and refund-policy precedence] governs.
Disputes. If you open a dispute with your bank or card issuer, Edge records it and cooperates with the outcome. Edge does not issue an automatic refund on top of a dispute, so that the same money is never returned twice.
