Contact Edge. Email support@useedge.app. Edge targets a response within 2 business days. Include the email on your Whop account, the Whop payment or receipt id, and the affected pick or experience id. Never send a card number, password, API key, or private key.
You paid but did not get access. Keep the Whop receipt and contact Edge. Edge monitors paid-but-unfulfilled purchases and queues eligible refunds, but support can locate the exact transaction and confirm its state.
Refund requests. Edge handles product, delivery, VOID, and duplicate-charge requests under the Edge refund policy. For an unrecognized charge or another payment-layer issue, contact Whop through your order. Approved refunds are processed by Whop to the original payment method.
Escalate through Whop. If you cannot resolve a purchase issue with Edge, open the transaction in Whop Orders and choose Request refund to start a Whop Resolution Center case. Whop's Resolution Center instructions explain the steps.
A resolved pick looks wrong. Send the pick id and the underlying Polymarket or Kalshi market link. Edge settles from the provider's published outcome and keeps an append-only proof record. Edge can investigate its own recording, but it cannot change the provider's market decision.
Creator support. Include your Whop company id and pick id for publishing, review, fee-method, or fee-ledger questions. Do not email OpenAI keys or payment credentials.
Responsible use. Edge sells research, not certainty. If participation stops feeling like a choice, stop and seek local support. In the United States, the National Problem Gambling Helpline is free, confidential, and available 24/7 by call or text at 1-800-MY-RESET; it is not an emergency service. For immediate danger, call 911 or 988.
Edge is operated by Brandon Theriot in Arizona. Brandon Theriot is the supplier for Edge purchases. Support: support@useedge.app.
Edge sells research about prediction markets. It is not investment advice, and a verified past record does not predict future outcomes. Only ever risk what you can afford to lose.
