You paid but did not get the pick. Edge detects this itself and queues your refund automatically — you do not need to chase it. Have your Whop receipt id ready if you want to check on one.
A pick resolved and you disagree. Outcomes come from the underlying market's own published resolution, never from Edge or the creator typing one in. Every settled pick has a proof record you can check. If the market itself resolved wrongly, that is a matter for the market, not for Edge.
A market voided. You are refunded in full and the pick is excluded from the creator's win rate. See the refund policy.
